I know I’m going to regret this! Here is another from my personal collection. This is the skeleton perpetual Royal Oak, considered by many to be the best Audemars Piguet of the modern era, done in an extremely limited run of 25 pieces in stainless steel and platinum. I have only come across one other piece in the past 12 years.

In the world of indy watches, we get used to hearing of ~25 piece limited editions, but for a big brand like AP, this means they are basically unfindable. For me, the Perpetual Skeleton RO is my favorite AP, and this version provides the rarity to make it that much more interesting, but still the subtlety of all white metal.
