The EMC is one of the most underrated and poorly understood watches in the independent world. Horologically speaking, it is the most ambitious and impressive thing that URWERK has done. I have a youtube video of one of the older models if you want to see how it works, but basically there is an onboard timing machine that can measure the watch’s rate, then you can actually adjust it via a screw on the back until it is perfectly dead on. This entire model has been made in very limited numbers, but this is the best and most limited version: 5pcs in “Desert Sage”. It comes with an ultra-cool camo strap as well.
